To build a charitable organization to generate capital through various fund-raising activities and investments to promote and grant monetary support in the following areas:

To provide scholarship funds to Maine residents pursuing post-secondary degrees, which lead to a law enforcement career.

To provide financial support to families of Maine law enforcement personnel, who have experienced a work-related injury,
illness or death in the line of duty.

To provide donations to Maine law enforcement agencies for safety training and/or to provide the purchase of safety-related
equipment. One of the first pieces of equipment purchased, a human body shield, saved the life of a Tactical Team member in September of 1999.
