This non-profit foundation was established to honor Jeffrey’s life and his tremendous pride in
the Maine State Police. It’s purpose is to:
- provide scholarships to residents pursuing post-secondary degrees in the criminal justice field
- provide support to Maine Law Enforcement families
- donate to Maine Law Enforcement Agencies for the purchase of safety-related training and equipment
